AAM is a concise yet comprehensive program designed to make meditation accessible, practical, and deeply meaningful. It does not matter whether you are completely new to meditation or tried it previously — AAM offers a welcoming and effective way to begin or enhance your practice.
AAM is designed by world-renowned meditation teacher and bestselling author Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. It draws on traditional Tibetan methods from a lineage going back thousands of years — blended with contemporary findings from neuroscience and psychology.
This program invites you to return home — not to a place, but to a natural state of awareness, kindness and wisdom that has always been present. Along the way, you learn to befriend everything you encounter — sounds, thoughts, sensations, even difficult emotions — as support for awareness. In this way, obstacles become opportunities.
